My name is Angelica Ventrice and I am an Online Health Coach. Through my own weight loss journey of 30 pounds, I felt inspired to help other women achieve what I did. 

Over the years, I've helped hundreds of women lose weight and transform their nutritional habits and mindset through my unique strategies.
