Over ten years ago...I saw my life passing me by and couldn’t fathom being unhealthy and unhappy any longer. I was sick and tired of trying every silly fad diet, feeling bloated and uncomfortable in my own skin and feeling like I wasn’t worthy of having a fit body.
After struggling basically my entire childhood into my early 20’s being depressed and overweight, I finally decided I couldn’t take it anymore and hired a coach to help me.
Through my journey, I lost 30 pounds of weight. It definitely was not easy, however it was incredibly rewarding and life changing.
I now help other women become the best they can be by sharing what I've learned in my journey through my Fit for Life programs. This meal plan is from my personal collection of delicious recipes I eat on a weekly basis to reduce bloating, feel energized, and feel satisfied!
